1. We kindly ask that no unregistered guests or visitors are brought onto the property. If any undeclared guests or visitors are found, a charge of $75 per person, per night will apply. 2. We request that no parties be held on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 3. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We ask that you clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees of $100 will apply if there are pet deposits or hair left behind. Undeclared pets will incur a $300 cleaning fee. 4. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. 5. Please avoid moving furniture between rooms to prevent any damage. If you encounter any issues, kindly report them immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems during your stay, but please note that refunds cannot be processed after check-out. 6. We ask that you do not remove items from the property. There will be a charge for any missing items. 7. To maintain cleanliness, we request that eating and drinking be confined to areas other than the bedrooms. There will be a $25 charge for each lost or damaged towel and a $50 charge for damaged bed linens. 8. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints from neighbors will incur a $500 fee. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors. 9. Parking Parking is complimentary. Guests are welcome to park on the street in front of the house or in the driveway. If you need garage door access, please request them in advance. We have smart garage door opener and we need names and email addresses to set up the digital access. 10. City trash pick-up occurs on Wednesday mornings. Please place trash cans at the curb either the morning of pick-up or the evening before and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days. A $100 fee will be applied for manual trash removal if pick-up is missed. Thank you for your attention to these guidelines and for helping us ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
