House Rules

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night.  2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 to the cleaning fee.  4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Parking Parking is free on the street in front of the house, driveway and garage if needed. Please leave used garage door openers at the house in the kitchen drawer, unreturned garage door openers will be assessed $100 each. 10. Trash pick up schedule Trash pick up is Monday morning , please move trash cans to the front curb on SUNDAY evening or early Monday morning at 7AM and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days.

The home was just what we needed while our house was being remodeled because of a slab leak. We had plenty of room for our family of five. Our son especially enjoyed the pool/air hockey table; he called it a “nice touch!” Judy is an excellent host; she responded very quickly to all of our questions and to any needs that arose during our stay. She was also very responsive and helpful when we needed to extend multiple times because our contractors were taking longer than they estimated (big surprise there!). We’re grateful for our time there and will always look back on our stay with fondness.

Staying at Judy's Grapevine home was truly a pleasure! The location is perfect - minutes from lots of great shopping and food options, and an easy commute to just about anything in the DFW metroplex. The house itself is clean and homey which we really enjoyed with our family. It is well-equipped and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We so appreciated the backyard and outdoor space especially during the late spring and early summer! The neighborhood is absolutely serene and made our stay so relaxing. Judy is the perfect hostess, providing lots of information, clear instructions, and lots of friendliness! She was always prompt in communicating and took care of any issues that came up immediately. I would not hesitate to book Judy's home anytime I'm in the area!
