House Rules

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night.  2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 to the cleaning fee.  4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. We thrive to solve any problems during your stay, and please kindly noted no refunds will be processed after check out. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Please use the hot tub according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the hot tub area. 10. Parking Parking is free on the street in front of the house, driveway and garage if needed. If you need garage door access, please request them in advance. We have smart garage door opener and we need names and email addresses to set up the digital access. . 11. Trash pick up schedule Trash pick up is Friday morning , please move trash cans to the front curb on THURSDAY evening or early Friday morning at 7AM and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days. Missed city trash pick up will incur a $100 for manual pick up.

Fantastic stay! Large family outing turned next level experience ❤️ We traveled with 8 and the home was generously accommodated. Plenty of left over sleeping spaces. Our host was attentive and efficient in readying the space for a last minute booking. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi and spent way too much time in there 🫠 Plenty of linens and very comfortable bedding. Mini pool and fooseball helped keep everyone entertained. Awesome shower heads and massive TVs. The surrounding neighborhood is stunning with gorgeous parks and amazing cuisine at Brio Italian Grille. It just kept getting better by the minute 🥰 Thank you kindly Ms. Judy your listing truly raises the bar!
