No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 6+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests, for each additional guest, a $25/night/guest extra guest fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Wednesday, please place trash cans at the back crub on Tuesday evening. *** Pool operates from April to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 10pm Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.

House Rules

1. We kindly ask that no unregistered guests or visitors are brought onto the property. If any undeclared guests or visitors are found, a charge of $75 per person, per night will apply. 2. We request that no parties be held on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 3. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We ask that you clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees of $100 will apply if there are pet deposits or hair left behind. Undeclared pets will incur a $300 cleaning fee. 4. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. 5. Please avoid moving furniture between rooms to prevent any damage. If you encounter any issues, kindly report them immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems during your stay, but please note that refunds cannot be processed after check-out. 6. We ask that you do not remove items from the property. There will be a charge for any missing items. 7. To maintain cleanliness, we request that eating and drinking be confined to areas other than the bedrooms. There will be a $25 charge for each lost or damaged towel and a $50 charge for damaged bed linens. 8. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints from neighbors will incur a $500 fee. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors. 9. Our pool is open from April to October, weather permitting. For safety, please adhere to all posted rules while using the pool area. Glassware is not allowed in or around the pool. Additionally, please do not remove or unhook the pool cleaners. 10. Parking is complimentary; however, city ordinance prohibits street parking for short-term rentals. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Non-compliance may lead to reservation cancellation and a fine of up to $500. We currently don't offer garage parking. 11. Trash pick-up: City trash pick-up occurs on Wednesday morning. Kindly place trash cans at the front curb either on the morning of pick-up days or the evening before. A $100 fee will be charged for manual pick-up if city trash ups are missed.
