House Rules

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night. 2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 in addition to the cleaning fee. 4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. Please report issues immediately. We thrive to solve any problems during your stay, and please kindly noted no refunds will be processed after check out. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Our pool operates from April to October when weather permits. Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool area. Please don't remove or unhook our pool cleaners from the pool. 10. Parking Parking is free in front of the house, back driveway & garage if needed. If you need garage door access, please request them in advance. We have smart garage door opener and we need names and email addresses to set up the digital access. 11. Trash pick up schedule Trash pick up is Wednesday, please move trash cans to the back Alley on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning at 7AM and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days. Missed city trash pick up will incur a $100 for manual pick up.

Thanks you Judy we were able to found a beautiful place to stay. We had to cancel another Airbnb around 8:00 pm due to safety reasons. She was able to accommodate us a group of 8 adults. Fast and with the best attention possible. Her place was beautiful, spacious, top notch clean. Even the house has a garage that makes you feel safer when you have a car or rent one. They have great accommodations on the house like a full kitchen with all the necesites, TVs on all the rooms. An amazing primary suite with a beautiful bathroom. I believed the pool have to be as great but the weather was no cooperative to used on my stay. She is fast to response any questions or concern that arise. Thanks Judy for saving my wife birthday celebration I will stay on your property any time.

Our family stayed for 6 nights, had a great time in this house. The house is very spacious for our kids to move around. It is very clean, kitchen equipped with all the needed utensils, plates, anything we needed during our stay (a plus for my mom who loves to cook). The house is newly renovated, furnitures, drawers, mattresses are all new. The mattresses are very comfortable, better than 4-5 stars hotels beds. The area is very peaceful, I enjoyed to walk in the neighborhood with my 1 year old and played bubbles in the front yard. Judy responded to our messages within a minute. We had a pleasant meet up with her at our check in day. We would definitely like to return to this house again next year.
