Plano Retreat - Ideal for families & Work trips°

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night.  2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 to the cleaning fee.  4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Parking Parking is free. Guest can park on the street in front of the house and the driveway. Please leave used garage door openers at the house in the kitchen drawer, unreturned garage door openers will be assessed $100 each. 10. Trash pick up. City Trash pick up is Monday morning, please move trash cans to the front curb in the morning of trash pick up days. 11. HVAC temperature. Our HVAC system can effectively and comfortably cool the house down 20 degrees. With summer temperature over 100 degrees, our HVAC systems can only cool the house down to 73-74 degrees. We recommend to not set the temperature lower than 73, otherwise it may cause our HVAC system to freeze.
