Bedrooms 1st floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed, Seating area, dresser, night stands and attached bathroom and walk-in Closet, 60" Roku LED smart TV, sleep 2 2nd floor: 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet, 43" LED smart TV, sleep 2 3rd bedroom with Queen-size bed, dresser, night stand, closet, 43" LED Smart TV , sleep 2 4th bedroom with 2 full-size beds, chest of drawers, night stand, sleep 4 5th bedroom with a twin-over full bunk bed with a trundle, a single bed, night stands, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, sleep 5 Bathrooms 1st floor: Beautifully remodeled half bath and master bathroom with separate bath and shower 2nd floor: 2 more completely upgraded full bath and shower combo. Parking: Guests can park in front of the house and the driveway. Laundry: Guest have full access to the washer and dryer Pool: Heated Pool operates from April to November. A heating fee of $80 a day will apply. Heated SPA operates all year around when temperature is over 40F. A heating fee of $50 per day will apply. Please send in a heating request one day in advance as it takes a few hours to heat the pool into the desired temperature. We expect to take payment for heating fee upon your heating request. Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 10pm.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for each additional guest, a $25/night/guest extra guest fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Thursday, please place trash cans in front of house on Wednesday evening. *** Heated SPA operates all year around. Pool operates from April to November when temperature is over 60. Please send in heating request one day in advance, pool heating fee $80 a day, SPA heating $50 a day, due upon request. Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 10pm. Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge. We also offer pool net for your convenience.

House Rules

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night. 2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 in addition to the cleaning fee. 4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. We thrive to solve any problems during your stay, and please kindly noted no refunds will be processed after check out. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Pool & SPA Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool area. Please don't remove or unhook our pool cleaners from the pool. Heated SPA operates all year around when temperature is over 40F. A heating fee of $50 per day will apply. Please send in heating request at least one day in advance, heating fee is due upon request. Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 10pm. 10. Parking Parking is free in front of the house and driveway. 11. Trash Pickup schedule Trash pick up is Friday morning , please move trash cans to the front curb on Thursday evening or early Friday morning at 7AM and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days. Missed city trash pick up will incur a $100 for manual pick up.
