Bedrooms 1st floor: King bed, Chest, 2 night stands, 43" LED smart TV, sleep 2 2nd floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, dresser, seating area, 2 night stands, 65" Smart TV, sleep 2 3rd bedroom with King-size bed, dresser, night stands, 43" Smart TV, sleep 2 4th bedroom with King-size beds, dresser, night stands, 43" Smart TV, sleep 2 5th bedroom with Full over full bunk bed, night stand, and a work station, sleep 4 Bathrooms 1st floor: Upgraded half bathroom. 2nd floor: Beautifully remodeled master bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. 1 upgraded full bath and shower combo. Parking: Guests can park in the garage or in the driveway. Please note that the City of Rowlett prohibits short-term parking in front of the house. Laundry: Full access to the washer and dryer.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in our pool, available from 10 am to 10 pm daily. For your comfort and safety, our pool is serviced and cleaned by a professional technician once a week. Should you require additional cleanings during your stay, we offer this service for a fee of $75 per cleaning. To ensure a pristine pool environment, we provide a pool net for your convenience, allowing you to easily remove any leaves or debris that may accumulate from the surrounding trees in the backyard. Please note that trash pickup occurs every Wednesday, and we kindly ask that you place your trash can out before 7 am on that day. Thank you for helping us maintain the cleanliness and organization of our property. ***Additional fee for 6+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests, for each additional guest, a $25/night/guest extra guest fee will apply..

House Rules

1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Undeclared guests or visitors will be charged $75 per guest per night. 2. NO PARTIES allowed on premises, no exceptions. 3. Pets are permitted in the house. A pet fee of $100 will apply. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds. Left behind pet deposits around the property or pet hair on furniture and beds will result in extra cleaning of $100. Undeclared pet will be assessed $300 in addition to the cleaning fee. 4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere in units or on property. Smoking in this property will result in an additional $500 being assessed to the cleaning fee. 5. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. Please report issues immediately. 6. Please DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS from the property. There will be a charge for missing items. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. There will be $25 charge for each lost or damaged towels and $50 charge for each damaged bed linens. 8. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Noise complaints received from neighbors will incur a fee of $500; please respect our neighbors 9. Our pool operates from April to October when weather permits. Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool area. 10. Parking Parking is free in back driveway & garage if needed. City of Rowlett code ordinance disallow parking on public street in front of the house. Please leave used garage door openers at the house in the kitchen drawer, unreturned garage door openers will be assessed $100 each. 11. Trash pick up schedule Trash pick up is Wednesday morning , please move trash cans to the back Alley on TUESDAY evening or early Wednesday morning at 7AM and move them back after the pick up. It is a city code violation to leave trash cans out on non-trash days.

Judy was an amazing host! Very quick to respond and proactive about her communication. The house is everything that is listed and very comfortable. The pool was well maintained and very enjoyable! The house’s location is also close to shopping, and there were quite a few food options close by. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
