Pool & SPA 10 min to Six flags, AT&T Stadium~

1. We kindly ask that no unregistered guests or visitors are brought onto the property. If any undeclared guests or visitors are found, a charge of $75 per person, per night will apply. 2. We request that no parties be held on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 3. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We ask that you clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees of $100 will apply if there are pet deposits or hair left behind. Undeclared pets will incur a $300 cleaning fee. 4. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. 5. Please avoid moving furniture between rooms to prevent any damage. If you encounter any issues, kindly report them immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems during your stay, but please note that refunds cannot be processed after check-out. 6. We ask that you do not remove items from the property. There will be a charge for any missing items. 7. To maintain cleanliness, we request that eating and drinking be confined to areas other than the bedrooms. There will be a $25 charge for each lost or damaged towel and a $50 charge for damaged bed linens. 8. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints from neighbors will incur a $500 fee. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors. 9. Pool & SPA Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool area. Please don't remove or unhook our pool cleaners from the pool. Heated SPA operates all year around when temperature is over 40F. A heating fee of $50 per day will apply. Please send in heating request at least one day in advance, heating fee is due upon request. Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 10pm. 10. Parking is complimentary; however, city ordinance prohibits street parking for short-term rentals. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway (up to 2 cars) or in the garage (up to 2 cars). Non-compliance may lead to reservation cancellation and a fine of up to $500. If you need garage door access, please request them in advance. We have smart garage door opener and we need names and email addresses to set up the digital access. 11. Trash pick-up: The City of Grand Prairie does not allow trash cans. Please use regular trash bags, which can be stored in the garage on non-pick-up days. City trash pick-up occurs on Monday and Thursday mornings. Kindly place trash bags at the front curb either on the morning of pick-up days or the evening before. A $100 fee will be charged for manual pick-up if city trash ups are missed.
